Hello my name is Paul Williamson, I am a Qualified Personal trainer and Sports Massage Therapist . I have successfully completed, and gained Diplomas, in the B.S.Y. Personal Trainers, Physical Fitness, and Sports Massage Courses. I am also a Qualified First Aider and have The Nebosh National Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.

I run my own Personal Training and Sports Massage Business in and around theTameside area. 

These days it all seems to come down to image. If you want to get the “ look “ or the image then you will benefit from the help of a Personal Trainer, which is where I can help. 

Everyone has different levels of fitness and different goals, but one thing they all have in common is that they can successfully achieve their goals by consistently working through various training stages so that they make constant progress over time. They can all achieve the body, look and shape they want. They also become fitter and healthier on the inside too. 

My training philosophy is that clients should feel stimulated and energised by their fitness regime. Above all clients also get fun and enjoyment out of their training sessions! Having a Personal Trainer means that exercising is no longer a chore and much more effective than working on your own. 

Where to train?

Outside, at your home or office, in the gym or whichever is the most appropriate and convenient. Using the Fit ball (and / or other specialist portable training equipment) is fun, safe and very effective and means the gym can be avoided all together if you so wish. Outside training such as jogging, running, curcuits is hard at first  but the benefits are outstanding. All it needs is confidence a bit of bottle and plenty of motivation.
